A NOx analyser has been installed at the Ealing 8 monitoring site. PM10 concentrations on this residential road are amongst the highest in the London network due to emissions from local traffic and industry.
The concentrations at the site have been the subject of studies funded by both Ealing Council and the Environment Agency. Upgrading the monitoring site to measure NOx will allow better source apportionment of local concentrations and the separation of PM10 the traffic on Horn Lane from PM10 from local industry.
