Public understanding of air quality

The University of Brighton is undertaking an air quality survey on behalf of DEFRA, in order to examine the awareness, opportunities, and challenges to understanding and interpreting air quality information.

The study looks to explore people’s current perception of air quality, their current understanding and methods of accessing information, how the current air pollution index is used and which methods of communication would be most easily understood.
