King’s College last week issued an update to their popular London Air pollution iPhone app which allows users to view real time air pollution information wherever they are.
The update adds sites from Newham council after King’s recently welcomed the borough into the London Air Quality Network.
The update also fixed a small bug which showed the wrong local authority logo on Safari when following the ‘I’ link from the readings screen.
King’s are currently developing version 2 of the application which will include maps, favourites and push notifications and build upon the success of the current version.
To date the application has been downloaded 569 times in the UK and 961 times across the world.
