Over 6000 active subscribers to the LondonAir iPhone app
News from the LAQN

Since its launch two weeks ago King's London Air iPhone application has gained over 6000 subscribers to its real-time pollution alert system. The application has been featured on iTunes UK app store front page this week and is currently ranked 6th in the 'what's hot' section of the store.

Gary Fuller of King's College London said: "We are delighted with the response to this application. Londoners clearly want to know more about the quality of the air that they breathe. We hope that the hourly updated information will allow people to become more engaged in the air pollution problems affecting the capital."

We would like to thank all those who downloaded and helped promote the application and for the boroughs' continued support of the London Air Quality Network which powers it.
