ERG have created a new industrial emissions website for Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
Building on ERG's work with the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council over several years the website provides information on all the local authority regulated industrial sites in the area. Additional information for the general public explains how the EPR regime works and what Risk Assessments mean. For site operators there is an online questionnaire to help them find out if they need a permit.
The website meets the public disclosure requirements of both the Environmental Permitting Regulations and the Environmental Information Regulations as well providing links to sources of further information.
ERG’s industrial emissions database provides a robust and secure back end to the website. The process details update automatically from the database, so that the latest information is always available to the public.
