New website for the Environmental Research Group

The Environmental Research Group (ERG) at King's College London today launches their newly redesigned website.

The Environmental Research Group (ERG), part of the School of Biomedical and Health Sciences at King’s College London, is a leading provider of air quality information and research in the UK.

The new website has been redesigned to enhance the user’s online experience by improving overall usability and accessibility whilst at the same time conforming to the King’s online brand.

"The main aim of the new ERG website is to make it easier for online visitors to find out about the interdisciplinary nature of ERG and understand what work and research is done here. Use of dynamic web technologies such as ASP.NET and Flash help us to present this information in an innovative yet usable form." said Web Developer Sam Hope-Evans.

The website complies with web accessibility standards and is built to work on all browsers and platforms.

Visitors to the new website also can view:

  • Air Quality reports and publications
  • Public registers of industrial processes
  • Latest news from ERG and its Air Quality Networks
  • Detailed information on each of the teams within ERG


"Web Services are a core component of our work at ERG. The new website displays updated content and publications, showing our position as a leading provider of air quality information and research in the UK." said ERG Director Frank Kelly.
