This year's Royal Society of Chemistry's AAMG Christmas conference will be focused on
indoor air pollution.
Indoor air pollution arises from both the ingress of outdoor air pollution and from specific
indoor sources. The UK and EU have programmes in place to minimise the impact of airborne
pollutants on the population at large and indoor, workplace and ambient air is at the
forefront of health issues. Given that we spend the majority of our time indoors,
pollution exposure in both the home and the working environment is crucial when
considering air pollution health effects.
The conference will place indoor air pollution in both the policy and heath contexts.
The conference will be of interest to industrial, public health and environmental health practioners.
