Essex Air Quality Consortium launched their new Essex Air Website this week. The website (see the link below), has been designed by Environmental Research Group at King’s College London and provides residents and visitors across the county with comprehensive information about air quality in their region.

The website will become a central air quality database for Essex, allowing comparison of monitoring data between different borough and district councils. A section of the site, aimed at younger visitors, such as school children, has been designed by Crucial Crew, will provide integrated games, with learning and information sections. There are also discussion forums and opportunities to interact through Twitter and Facebook.
